The Caddo Correctional Center is rated as a full-service jail with 1500 beds available. This allows a minimal personnel to handle the large capacity of inmates. It is the largest jail and only direct supervision facility in Louisiana. This offers the direct supervision along with the basic human needs including services and programs needed to become productive community members.

Visitation Rules at Caddo Parish Correctional Center

If a child is over the age of three, they are considered a visitor. They are not allowed to play or run in the visitation areas. Lockers can be rented for a quarter. The receptionists will not make change, so you must bring your own change.

Inmates are allowed only one visit per day. The visits are thirty minutes long if the visitors are traveling over one hundred miles. Proof of residency will be required.

Visitation Schedule
All inmates can receive daily visits. The visitation hours are:

8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM
5:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Holidays are excluded on holidays. Registration for morning visits begins a half an hour before the visits start and one hour before the afternoon visits start. No registration will be allowed fifteen minutes before the end of the visitation time.

Visits are 15 minutes in length and each inmate is allowed two visits per day.
